What I liked

The new hospital is great! There has been so much talk and information about it, that to see it in it's final glory is just so wonderful. The people of Derby and anywhere else in the country who choose to be treated in Derby will be amazed at such a fantastic place. the staff are friendly and welcoming, the place is clean, its well signposted and the treatment my wife received was excellent. They treated us with dignity, involved us in decisions about her care and kept us informed of what to expect afterwards.

What could be improved

Its hard to think of something, everything seems so nice and new

Anything else?

It's never great having to go into a hospital, but in Derby you get treated so well, in such a nice environment that it doesn't feel bad at all
