I just wanted to write and tell you how wonderful the staff were when I had the unfortunate need to use their services on 12th May this year.
The nursing staff were charming, kind, efficient and extremely professional.
You can therefore imagine how terribly sad and quite shocked I was to find out that this marvelous facility is to be closed. What a crying shame.
If there is any way that you can possibly reverse this decision I would applaud you for putting the needs of the community first.
