"Trouble organising referral"

About: Greater Manchester Trafford General Hospital / Dermatology

(as a relative),

My mother age 87 cannot handle her referral for a minor skin cancer and I tried to book her single choice choose-and-book (! ) service. They NEVER answer the phone or get back to me. I am about to travel abroad so need the appointment in the diary as I have to take her.

I am a retired GP! !

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to learn of the difficulties you have experienced in attempting to contact the choose-and-book service. This service is managed by NHS England and is outside of Trafford Hospital jurisdiction.
