I feel like I am beginning again- I feel that I am more like me! Over the past 6 weeks talking with Terry I am starting to manage controlling my worrying. I use the techniques that he has shown me to take control. I am getting my life back and it feels great. It isn’t all plain sailing I still have days when I worry, feel anxious but I just pick up my ‘dealing with worry’ booklet and use the toolkit especially writing down my worries- practical + hypothetical. The hypothetical worries go in a box and I take a look twice a week- It really helps and I remember I am in control of my worries!
