I just want to write to particularly thank Michelle and Danielle for their great care and professional approach. I was admitted to A&E in a bad way on in July.
I couldn't have felt more cared for by both Michelle and Danielle (I believe it was also Danielle's first day in A&E). It's thanks to them in particular, and to the other professional and caring nurses and doctors, that I have recovered well from my ordeal.
I hope there is some way of passing on my thanks to them - I'm afraid I don't know their surnames.
