"Couldn't talk to Respiratory dept on Saturday when..."

The treatment centre as a whole seems to work well, is clean and welcoming. Not had many hitches with them. However after an extremely busy few weeks at work, I needed to call them to book an appointment with Respiratory. I called on a Saturday morning (August 8th 2015), as I know they do work Saturdays. I was told by reception though that although clinics were running, they weren't taking calls on the gateway reception regarding appointments. Would have been a 2 minute job. Other than this, my treatment and waiting times when I've visited various times in the past has been great. A little more availability to take calls at weekends would be highly appreciated though.
