I am yet to have my operation at Renacres, so far all staff have been excellent in their approach and professional except the rude, patronising receptionist! I have called the hospital on numerous occasions for advise, appointment times etc and each time have ended the conversation infuriated by the service received. A real shame as it lets the otherwise fantastic hospital down !
