Have just been in for an appointment scheduled on the 28th May (which was a rebooking from urology) to be told at reception my appointment has been changed again to a later date which I did not receive a letter or a call about. Have now had to take days off work which wasn't needed. When you can eventually get through to someone (by phone) at this department you are made to feel it is your own personal fault. These appointments are set up 3-4 months in advance and twice they have been cancelled by urology.
