About: Stoke Mandeville Hospital / Accident and emergency Stoke Mandeville Hospital Accident and emergency Aylesbury HP21 8AL

Attended A&E parked in disable bay (free). You have to take your blue badge to reception with the ticket to exchange for a free ticket. In that time a warden seeing no blue badge issued a penalty notice. What chance of being let off?
