(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

Could not thank the team enough. I do not know how I would of coped without your support. The best I have ever seen from the NHS. Special mention to Lesley and Caroline, and the community Support Workers for the Support I received when I called the duty phone. All of the team are angels.
