I hate having surgery as many like me do as well, everyone at the hospital were great, friendly, clear and did the job quickly, thank you for fixing me :-)

As with all Trust staff, they work very hard and are dedicated to making sure all patients receive high quality care and have a positive experience, particularly as the thought of any surgical procedure can be quite nerve wracking.
