"Admin"

I have nothing but praise for the doctors but the admin staff are rude and completely dismissive of the pain a caller maybe in. I do not think I have every requested an ad hoc appointment since being diagnosed 15 year ago and the one time I do I was treated poorly and advised that holiday meant I could not be seen and go to my GP who have a waiting list of a month before I can be seen for an injection. I am left in pain with no where to go and doubt I will get any help from the people who should be providing it. This has made me change my opinion of the NHS.
