My wife has an appiontment tomorrow and we want to know ehere to go to get to the department but cannot seem to get a map/plan of the hospital - why? The following information request is not relevant but I may have to enter rubbish to get it accepted.

Thank you for getting in touch; we are sorry that you struggled to find the information you needed. There are some directions on the appointment letter, and we have maps and details on how to find departments and wards on our website. In the main reception of the hospital there are volunteers on hand to help, along with detailed maps and signage. We appreciate that attending appointments can sometimes be daunting and hope that it all went smoothly yesterday.
