"Choose and Book system"

About: Queen's Medical Centre / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

Attempted to book an ENT appointment this morning. No appointments available and if I have not heard back directly from the department in 10 days to go back to my GP! I have been referred for an infection which has not responded to 3 different lots of antibiotics.
