"Excellent patient understanding and manner"

Today I had an appointment with the doctor in the ENT dept. This is the second time I have visited them and on both occasions I have been impressed. The doctor makes the patient fell relaxed and confident to be with them. The doctor obviously prepares well before the patient arrives and has a thorough understanding of the problem and symptoms. During the consultation the doctor is thorough and easily approachable so the patient leaves feeling fully confident in the diagnosis. To maintain this attitude considering the number of patients she sees is commendable.
