"Awful a&e"

About: North Middlesex Hospital

Staff is extremely unhelpful, they dont care if you are in pain, there no cue or system, someone walks down and shouts names which is impossible to hear especially with their terrible accent, there is also 200 people on the seats waiting and talking while you try to hear your name after waiting for 3 hours and boom, you didnt hear it and signed as "left a&e" and put back in the cue again, numbered cue system is there but not working, worst hospital in London, just go somewhere else and save yourself!

I am the A&E service manager and I am sorry you did not experience the level of good customer service we aim to provide for all patients Please get in touch with me at gcarter-sandy@nhs.net so that I can investigate your experience and see what we can do to improve our service to patients. A&E can get very busy and we have to see the sickest patients first.
