My 4year old son went in for afternoon surgery to lengthen his ligaments below knees to ankles.
From when we arrived at ward L49 to when we left the care was fantastic. Nothing to be improved to playing to seeing the doctors surgeons anaesthists etc everyone was outstanding you all do a fab job.
As a parent I do think your more anxious than your child but you soon relax when seeing what a great job all staff involved in this ward do.
To say the nhs is under pressure I see no cracks, very greatful thankyou all involved: )))
