"Blood tests"

My daughter currently needs to have regular blood tests and due to her illness these can be quite distressing and diffucult. The team at Addenbrooks Treatment Centre and in the outpatients blood testing team have been absolutely fantastic. Nothing is ever too much trouble, they are the most thoughtful and caring of individuals and a total credit to Addenbrooks. As a result of their support, patience and professionalism my daughter is managing to conquer her needlephobia. Today we had the same member of staff take her blood who had attempted to do the tests yesterday morning without success, as her veins are so tiny. They came in early today so they could personally get them done before the rush. They made her feel at ease and was able to get all of the tests carried out without issue. I'd like to thank them for giving her the time and space she needed and for being so polite and professional - a credit to the team. Many thanks to all of the team for their ongoing support. :)
