I had a CTS screening today, I arrived a little early and was very professionally seen by the receptionist, then in no more than 5 minutes I had the Screening Tests. The whole test was performed with the utmost professionalism and I was made fully aware of the procedures and the outcome. I left with my patient copy of the report for ongoing treatment. The service was excellent, frankly I have no idea why anyone would complain about the NHS, and I have lived and worked on all 5 continents, so believe me I know the difference. Paul Atkins
