"Staff incompetence"

About: King George Hospital

1. Consultant's secretary has failed to return two phone calls, both having supplied all details request - patient name, hospital number, contact number and brief message. 2. Administrative support in Urology Cancer Nurse team does not believe in taking details of phone conversation to pass to CNS to let them know why you are calling, surely this would help them find information ready to reply to your message. 3. Cancer nurse specialist assures you that an outpatient appointment with the doctor would be cancelled as you had now been transferred to another doctor's list. This has not been done. So the real outpatient appointment has not been booked due to their incompetence.
