A & E were fantastic with my father in law. Communications were forthright. ICCU. Receptionist very helpful. Drs & unsung hero's the nurse's are unreplaceable. One in particular was Kind-Caring-Thoughtful- their qualities are endless. Nothing was a hassle from them. Even though they had a job to do. And not lastly. The 1st response paramedic. Never stopped talking to my f in law, even though he wasnt conscious. These people are the back bone of City Hospitals Sunderland. So don't forget it.
