My only negative comment would be that fans were desperately needed in the waiting area of endoscopy in the 30 degree + heat yesterday. That said, the treatment once I was admitted was exemplary. I felt relaxed and cared for and involved in my procedure. Thank you for taking such professional pride in your work.
