My 75 Year old Mother who is in poor health was feeling very poorly early hours the of 2nd of July, 4am to be exact, My 80 year old Dad telephoned Out of Hours switchboard. I am disgusted with the operator who delt with the call. My Dad answered questions the best he could until he was asked did my Mother look pale my dad answered yes she did and she has a very high temperature, and she was shaking, the operator then proceeded to ask did my mother look pale enough to die. I dont know what training these people receive but its either not enough or its the wrong type of training.
