About: Medway Maritime Hospital

My wife was taken in Saturday to Mccullock ward its now Tuesday and only seen consultant once. The care she has received is verging on neglect others in the ward maybe poolier but that does not mean she should not be shown respect and communicated with. Saturday the consultant informed her if her condition has not improved they will ask for a scan, still waiting...waited 1 hour for pain killers this morning.. I personally thankfully have not had to stay here, touch wood i never have to..people that have have told me how poor the service is, I never believed them..now I do.. Called patient liaison 5 hours ago to get my wife some attention still waiting to be called back.. Complaint will be on its way..
