About: Bromley Healthcare / Contraception and reproductive health service

(as the patient),

I visited the Biggin Hill Family Planning Clinic today but I got my times mixed up and arrived an hour early.

Just as I was preparing myself to wait an hour the nurse Julie went out of her way to find me on the database and offered to see me and prescribe my contraception. She was so helpful and understanding and I was in and out of the clinic in no time.
