"thank you for your excellent care"

I was treated in Penzance A & E department following a fall on 15th June whilst on holiday. The professionalism, care and consideration I received during this experience was superb. I was booked in, triaged, x-rayed, had my wrist injected, manipulated and plastered, re-x-rayed, seen again by the A & E nurse to check everything was OK, all in the space of less than an hour and a half. Everyone I came into contact with was helpful, kind and good natured and the staff all seemed to be very happy in their work. I want to say a big thank you to everyone who helped to treat me. I had a further good experience in Truro on 19th, when I attended a fracture clinic there and had a new cast put on. Everyone deserves a pat on the back for a job very well done.
