"super service at ENT!"

About: Chorley & South Ribble Hospital

I visited the ENT department on 25th June 2015. I had a biopsy in the morning and the results were back in the afternoon. The Sister who took my biopsy in the morning, had a superb bedside manner. They greeted me like an old friend, and said they were really pleased to meet me. They explained clearly that the biopsy would involve a small scratch and apologised more than once after it was done. They wew superb. What a lovely way to be treated! Thank You!
