"York Eye Clinic"

About: York Hospital

I have been treated at York Eye Clinic twice in the past 12 months, once, in September 2014, for a retinal tear, and, more recently (June 2015), for a suspected tear which turned out to be a burst blood vessel. On both occasions, I can honestly say I can't praise the staff - especially the two doctors who attended to me - highly enough. Both doctors dealt with me in such a kind and friendly manner, explained every stage of the process and were positive and reassuring throughout. Most of us are quick to complain, but not so quick to praise. Five stars aren't enough. A huge thank you to everyone who helps provide such a fabulous service. It's almost worth having a bad eye to meet such nice people! :)
