"Exemplary care"

I recently attended Alexander Hospital, Redditch for a Total Hip Replacement. From the moment I walked into the hospital to the time I was driven out I received first class, fantastic care and attention.

I cannot emphasise enough how caring, professional and attentive the entire staff are. Any stay in hospital has to be cause for anxiety but this feeling is soon dispersed the moment you pass into their care. From the brilliant orthopaedic surgeon to porters and ward cleaners the professionalism and level of patient care is exemplary. I would commend Ward 16 to anyone. You are in safe hands.
