"Fuming!!"

I elected to have private care and saw the Consultant, who knew the treatment that I was going for beforehand. I had the appointment with them and then saw the Pharmacist only to be told that the stock of the drug that I was needed had expired. Utterly ridiculous!! What a disgusting waste of my time as well as the Consultants. Being a very senior NHS Manager for 16 years, I have never heard of such nonsense and people pay for this!! I would be very wary of using this establishment if their processes are this weak. Inept and incompetent so be careful with your money people!! I had to select "don't know" under department as the specialty that I used is not listed. Says it all really!
