"No notes available for a consultation"

About: Westmorland General Hospital

After an unnecessary appendectomy and repair operation, at the follow-ups for both Surgery and Urology about 2 years, no notes were available to the doctors doing the review - when I reported this, together with all of my other complaints,, I was told they were on the computer - if this were the case, why did both doctors say "I don't have your notes"i? Yesterday, at a follow-up for moles in the eyes, again, no notes were available, making it very difficult for the doctor. Since these follow-ups are booked well in advance, why are the note never available?
