"a and e"

I attended urgent cAre centre with a painfull eye which was swollen with facial swelling the staff were amazing and asked an opthalmologist to attend after waiting i was told the doctor was not coming just to use drops within 24 hrs i was very ill shropdoc were fantastic and sent me to a and e the staff there were brilliant caring and gentle they contacted opthalmology again very concerned i had orbital cellulitis eventually s doctor came to my shock as i wss so unwell and in a lot of pain they were rude uncaring did not speak during the examination and any question myself or partner asked was unanswered i am now waiting to be seen again and am not looking forward to my treatment all of the stsff that were involved 5 stars just one doctor let the whole team down
