I attended my appt this Tuesday afternoon in yellow zone QE2 to see a doctor and would like to say I was very happy with my care. From the friendly and professional reception staff to the lovely consultant. All in all a pleasant experience. I think the staff are working under very trying circumstances whilst trying to find their feet in a new building. There were many patients struggling to find their appointment sites and all were helped in a very caring and efficient way. Think it would help if there were more people around to help people find their way around. Only real bad point is tap in toilet didn't work after I had covered my hands in soap. I was told this had been reported and was an intimitant problem.
"Very happy"
