the communication to my family and self was limited due to the fact that doctors were not easily accessed the visiting hours are a joke best practise states that patients improve more quickly when surrounded by loved ones . nurses appeared to have no idea about hand hygiene and how it works gloves were used often but not correctly.

It is particularly concerning that you felt our staff were not communicating well. Good communication is a standard we strive for so to hear that these weren't to your satisfaction is disappointing.
