"Very rude Nurse.."

About: Caterham Dene Hospital / Minor injuries unit

today the 8th I visited the above hospital..i had a head on collision recently.. I also have fibromyalgia....I myself work in a role dealing with customers every day and this nurse was i so curt..patronising and rude it was shocking.. I got told off for arriving at 7.30pm...It does not shut till 8pm.. the nurse complained about my doctors receptionist ..then got told why did I wait so long.. my doctors had advised me to visit hospital not them if in pain.. I did not have pain all weekend...I had been to work today and had taken pain killers and tried to rest..hoping my muscles would stop aching in my shoulders..so I would not have bother the hospital.. honestly mayday gave me a bladder op and it went wrong I am not in pads all day...and this place had this awful member of staff...what is the nhs coming to when their staff lose compassion..what a shame to have such a rude person working at this hospital..my husband said the person he saw was really nice....will never go there again..purley was great..should have gone there..this was in the uni ...
