I have a long standing issue with my right knee. It collapsed again so i went to A&E, dreading the obvious 4-6 hour wait I'd have to make. In and out in 2 hours with quality service. I was dealt with, with care, dignity and respect. I was made to feel part of the process, everything was explained to me all the way through and I now have an idea of how my treatment will progress. Thanks
