"Not given date for assessment"

About: Bolton Wheelchair Services

(as the patient),

I was referred by my G. P. to Bolton Wheelchair Service to have an assessment for a replacement wheelchair.

The response I received was they are NOT able to provide a date for an assessment because they dont have any staff to provide this.

I am left with my current electric wheelchair (which I had to source and fight for through the courts for 3 years to obtain) which is very unstable outdoors and therefore I have lost my independence.

This situation is just unbelievable.
