I saw Paul, the OT, for a number of appointments, who gave me very good advice on ways to protect my joints, increase strength in my hands as well as providing practical changes to my home to make life easier. He also gave good advice on pacing myself.
I found him to be easy to engage with, knowledgeable, professional and very practical. I also found it very beneficial to have relaxation sessions with Laura, the OT assistant, who taught me ways to relax which will help me with managing my condition. I have overall been very impressed with the service I received from this department and how much it has helped me.
"I have been very impressed with the service"
