"The Pacemaker Clinic"

I have just had my periodic pacemaker review and, once again, am amazed at the skill of the Advanced Cardiology Physiologists, and, of course, the doctors. Their friendly attitude is so helpful and reassuring at a potentially stressful time, and although they are extremely busy they take time to make one feel at ease. The ACP who checked me, was outstanding. And as this time my medication needed review, I saw another doctor as well, who does not seem to be listed amongst the online staff but not only do they exist (!) this is another star, and carefully explained the options for medication. The consultant set up a superb clinic and their standard and traditions persist. We are very lucky in this area to have such a wonderful cardiology service and after experiencing it I always feel the need to make a small donation and only wish it could be much more...
