I and my wife had to go to the hospital late in the night as my wife had started her labour and her contractions had begun to be strong and regular. The midwife we faced at the night was the most rude and unprofessional medical staff i have ever seen. They bluntly told my wife that if she could not take the initial pain, she should reconsider going into the labour and kept on blabbering till they ensured my wife was in tears. No proper check was done particularly considering my wife finally faced a breech position. Could not do much about it at that point of time since we didnt have any alternative. But the hospital needs ensure such staff can not be allowed to mess with other people's lives. However, when we visited within next 10 hours, we were lucky to be serviced by some competent professionals, particularly some very good doctors since the birth process did get a bit complicated.
"Extremely rude and unprofessional staff"
