I was rushed in to A&E and then few hours later moved to MAU, which the staff there were very busy but great. I was then moved to Hailsham 4 and stayed there for the rest of my stay, I stayed in hospital a total 14 nights due to or investigating neurology problems, I am still currently being seen as an outpatient. I mainly stayed on Hailsham 4 where I could not fault the housing keeping and the nurses. The nurses amazed me by how much pressure they are under and how they are respectful and compassionate to all patients there. For instance whilst I was in hospital there was a lady who was approaching to be 100 years old and the nurses were all lovely, such as not rushing but taking that extra time to talk about her worries and putting that lady at ease. That goes for me as well, as I can't thank the nurses enough because I lost most of my mobility for about a week in hospital and the nurses kept monitoring and chasing up the specialists. The junior doctor I was under was amazing by being honest and respectful, also patient bedside manner such as their professionalism and not only that but being able to put themself in my shoes. The junior doctor answered any questions as best that they could, being honest with the questions as they could and kept me up to date with tests and the treatment. How could I make this positive feedback count as I would like to thank the staff and making sure that the work they do, don't go unrecognised.
"positive feedback"
