I took my 2 month old son to a consultant paediatrician who was fantastic. My little boy was diagnosed with having silent reflux and a milk allergy. I was very happy. I was told a letter would go to my gp confirming this and all was well. Until i went to do a repeat prescription for my sons milk and was told in not so many terms they dont understand why we need the milk. It has since transpired that they never recieved the letter. I called up the Wellesley to get another copy for the doctors surgery. I was told that i would have to call a mobile number for their secretary. I have been trying for 4 days left numerous voicemails and the phone is constantly turned off. I cannot get any more milk until i have got this letter in hand. I think it is disgraceful that the doctors still haven't received the letter. Let alone had no phone calls returned. When I have called the hospital up again they said that that is the only number that they have so they cant help at all. Disgusting service!
