What I liked

The staff were beyond excellence. From the Consultants and Doctors and nursing staff to the domestics and tea ladies, they were all very approachable, and guess what even your vistors could have a cup of tea! I owe my life to The London Chest Hospital and cannot thank them enough. My son who now plays in a band would like to do some charity gigs and donate the money to the hospital. Many many thanks to you all Lots of Love John Kendall and Family xx

What could be improved

a lick of paint here or there would be a good thing, maybe we need to try and raise some money to help.
