"Excellent care and explanations"

I came to the outpatients clinic in Gynaecology today for cautery of the cervix. I was so impressed with the friendliness of all the staff from the receptionist, to the nurses and the consultant. The consultant explained in detail what the cervical erosion was, why it might have occurred and kept me informed at all times of what was happening during my procedure. The doctor showed me on camera and was very reassuring (as I was slightly nervous, not knowing what to to expect). They were friendly and professional and I couldn't have asked for treatment any better. Thank you.
