The A&E receptionist, triage nurses, nursing assistant and the psychiatric nurse on duty helped my son who had a very bad reaction to the medication prescribed by his GP. The response by everyone was excellent, he was seen almost immediately and everyone was so kind and understanding. When we left he was very much improved. Many thanks
