"What an amazing hospital"

I took my daughter to Derby Royal A&E in May 2015 as she had been having breathing difficulties. From the moment we went into A&E we were looked after extremely well. We were later transferred to the children's ward where the care was just as good. The staff couldn't do enough, maintaining the highest standards of healthcare whilst making my daughter and I as comfortable as possible. Communication was excellent. The facilities in this hospital were amazing too, it is very smart, clean and modern on the inside and out. As a parent it is very useful to have shops and facilities on site too. I must have been to a dozen different hospitals throughout the country during my life, either as a visitor or a patient, despite the circumstances this was by far the best hospital I have experienced.
