i was told to report to neurology on lower floor from reception..after not finding twice and 20 mins..i was sent up to urology ? by a porter ,who was helpful, back down another 12 mins by then my feet were banging..eventualy the letter i was sent should have been altered at penrith according to a nurse?,and thats why all the signs by the lifts etc couldnt find neurology dept because there wasnt one,i was going to a different dept with neurolgy..it was my feet i eas going about,so not very good for my condition..after that everything was fine.....ps.underneath(Which department did you visit?)i have dont know ,because it isnt in the list..i seen a consultant neurologist but not in neurology..the door i went thru was not marked but was told was something A?T..on the lower floor..all very confusing
