"Long wait times and rude staff I am moving..."

I have had attended this clinic 4 times now. Two for my 12 and 20 week appts both went well as you don't really have to interact or deal with the midwifes or Dr. The other 2 were for high risk and ADU. Let me start with the high risk, I was supposed to be referred off the back of my 12 week appt this did not happen, so my Dr chased and finally I got an appt at 20 weeks. My appt was at 10:05 I finally got seen at 12:40, when I finally got called I was seen by an extremely rude Dr. After having a full blown row with them, I finally got seen by a consultant with whom I should have been seeing in the first place. I had to go the emergency clinic on Tuesday this week, this took 4.5 hrs in total. The midwifes are rude as are the reception staff, do you have to past some sort of bad attitude assessment to get a job in this clinic as they all seemed to excel in this qualification, however when it came to care, attentiveness, emotional intelligence this is an epic fail. The Dr who I finally got to see were ok but clearly over stretched, Only positives at this hospital are the sonographer's who seemed to have all the attributes and skills that you would expect from a "caring midwife" This is my first child and first experience and I am horrified, I do not want to have my child at this hospital and I shall not be returning.
