"Emergency visit 5/12/2015"

My wife and I arrived in the evening, she had a persistent cough, sore throat and feeling very tired. Being from the USA, and unfamiliar with your system of delivery of health care, we did not know what to expect. We were very appreciative and satisfied with the care that was provided. All staff and doctors were very profess ional and respectful. We were seen in a timely manner given that the reception area seemed busy. Thak you very much for the services she received and the manner in which it was delivered. Tad and Gail
