Yet again I have the need to leave a dissatisfied review of the Orthodontic service. Just like another review I have read, my daughter has waited months to receive an appointment date then waited 8 weeks for the appointment only to receive a phone call a couple of days before the appointment to say it has been cancelled. No new appointment has yet been arranged, this is totally unacceptable and the departments operational manager needs to take a very good look at the running of this department!
